BED and BREAKFAST Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Minimum stay:
We reserve the right to consider requests for 1 night stay on a case by case basis.

PAYMENT:
1 night's deposit will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. By booking a room with your credit card you agree that you are in fact purchasing your accommodations at Ranch 4 Saisons in advance in accordance with the policies listed herein as opposed to guaranteeing your booking with your credit card. The balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card before your check-in date. Stays of 1 week, or more must be paid in full at time of reservation and there are no refunds of any type under any circumstances.

You must add on taxes and gratuities. 5% for goods as well as 7.5% provincial tax and service.

Payments payable to Ranch 4 Saisons

All ACCOMMODATION RATES are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars. All rates are based on 1 nights accommodation for max. 2 people (add $35.00 per extra person in same room) and always include a full hot breakfast. Your credit card company will convert the Canadian dollar amount to your local currency. Please be aware that exchange rates fluctuate with the currency market.
