You must add on taxes and gratuities. 5% for goods and services tax as well as 7.5% provincial tax. Payments payable to Ranch 4 Saisons.

ARRIVAL AT THE RANCH IS BETWEEN 2PM TO 4PM.

Prices include :

1-	Horseback riding UNLIMITED
2-	3 Meals a day
3-	Lodging
4-	Activities of the Ranch
5-	Equipment
6-	Prices for adults and children under 12 years of age

Kids must be 6 of age to ride (under 6 may ride with parents).

RECOMMAND :

Cowboy boots with a small heel and sole are required for riding. If you have none, our store has a good selection of cowboy boots.

Not all of the activities are available for those who stay less than a full week.

The ranch reserves the right to limit the availabilty of activities due to weight, age, or anything that will affect physical abilities. All guests must sign a Release of Liabilty form. If you're missing information before your stay at the ranch please fell free to contact us at 1-877-883-0933. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you would like to do activities outside of the ranch you must find your own transportation.

Reservations require a deposit of 25% and can be done by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Deposits are non-refundable.

The owners reserve the right to refuse the hospitality to anyone. They cannot be held responsable for the lost of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind and/or any accidents or wounds on the premises.

POLICY OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel your reservation, the entire deposit will be held. All such charged sums can be applied against a future stay within six months of the cancellation date.

Once on the premises, if you decide to cancel your reservation or the number of days on your stay. NO REFUND or deferral can be made for not showing or early departure.
