(2x6 off-set framing, 5/8" drywall on rebar, sound-bat insulation.

center-piece of the generous bathroom is an oversize luxury claw-foot
soaker therapeutic tub made for two persons. A corner shower is
equipped with an oversize state-of-the-art vertical drop rainshower.

signature double-size bed with confortable pillows and feather-bed
will reward you with the most comfortable sleep imaginable. A whisper-mode
fan controlled by you provides constant air-circulation. Or if you
like to use the air-condition for your cooling comfort.
